Zia Sandia hails from the beautiful state of New Mexico from the local Albuquerque area. She began her career in the state of Florida where she spent the last 6 years performing various forms of entertainment in various forms of dance as well as modeling, mermaiding, and fire eating. Over the past several years, Zia Sandia has grown to be a performer who has taken the south by storm! This fearless, wandering spirit has traveled and performed all over the world, sharing her crafts with those around her, giving her audience an opportunity to see life through her art.

With experience in various forms of performance arts, including skill sets from fans to fire, this spicy, southwest sweetheart is available for your entertainment! Zia has a large amount of past performance experience and continues to perform various forms of dance. This would include gogo, ballet folklorico, belly dance, samba, and her central focus, burlesque. She has many options of available burlesque acts with a variety of props, characters, and styles.   • Performing on the Magic Kingdom Disney as well as aboard a Carnival Cruise Line stage with Baila! Baila! Ballet Folklorico Dance Company at age 16 in July 2009

  • Fashion Model for ZETA Influence working as a runway model for Project Dark Arts in Tampa, FL September 2018 and at Kulture Shock in Orlando, FL December 2018

  • Performed Burlesque regularly at Iberian Rooster in St. Pete area with Exquisite Entertainment from 2016-2019

  • Performed for Mile High Burlesque Festival in Denver, CO 2018

​

  • Performed for The 2019 Florida Burlypicks in Orlando, FL

  • Won Master of Tassels for the 2019 Florida Burlypicks

  • Performed several occasions for Mayven Misbehavin’s SpeakEasy throughout Tampa, FL and the Saint Pete area from 2016 to 2020

  • Traveled and Performed twice since 2022 for a Florida Tour in various cities such as West Palm Beach, Fort Myers, Tampa, and St. Petersburg, FL. Future performances include cities such as Chicago and New York City (July 2022)

  • Producing 2-3 Sandia Sugar events at a variety of venues in the Albuquerque area hiring performers from various parts of the country. This would include performers such as Holly Rebelle (Albuquerque, NM), Helena Handbasket (Chicago, IL), and Vita DeVoid (Hollywood, CA)
